“Value systems”

Britons say; “Your personal value is as much as your pocket money”. Despite my honor to that nation, I absolutely disagree with that opinion. So let’s talk about modern aspects (there are thousand criterions) which make person’s worth and public impression. Although each person has his own “value system” to evaluate person, there are undeniable things which is common, accepted and fixed, like human intelligence, sense of responsibilities, kindness and trust. The society’s opinion about someone is the result of his/her abilities and his/her work. For me money can be criteria too, but of course only in the situation, when person earns his own money by his dedicated work; if it is just heritage from the parents it can’t be talent to praise. During my short life experienceI have met different people. While communicating with them I have made a conclusion that sometimes people who are less wealthy and even live in shortage are more generous than people who have “money to burn”. When material is the majority thing in person’s mind it makes situation of indifference about life and others. Frequently well-off people are selfish; they don’t want to share their things with others. They are even jealous because they always want more and more (of course it is not theory). So it is very harsh to evaluate person by paying attention to his budget.

In my point of view such feelings like honor, trust or benignitycan’t be old fashion. There are things which were, are and will be common for all societies and nations.
