Saying Goodbye

Hi friend. Here is 17-years-old girl who is Sebastatsi graduator. I want to speak with you and share my opinion, ideas and advice. I want to say you a secret. For being a successful student it is not enough to study all the materials from text books. The main purpose of our school is to make skillful students who have their subjective opinion about local and global events. You can share your opinion easily; you can write essays and reports and publish them in our educational website. You may organize debates and discussions and invite famous and skillful specialists to participate. But there is a rule; your opinions should be yours. Be free and use the opportunity to express yourself. Be demanded student; teachers love it when students force them to work with them. If you haven’t understood the lesson you may freely use teacher’s break and ask questions. Be creative! Display your ideas and you will be encouraged.
Be independent and open-minded! Self-study is as important as team working. It is a very important skill; you should be ready to share your knowledge with others and you should be open to receive new information. One more thing, it is essential to be careful with school property. During school year you will have opportunity to travel to have practical lessons. You should be friendly and tolerant with people from different cities and countries. Being cosmopolitan is very important not only in school but also in life. We are school of dancers, singers and bikers. Choose these courses to be physically healthy and flexible. Our school is separated from common educational system. Appreciate what it gives you and always have fare not to lose it while being in other surroundings. Try to make your school experiences other’s property, which are strange and extraordinary things for them. You will receive unique mentality from your school which is rare one in your country. Try to change what you don’t like. Try to make the Sebastatsie’s type which is free and independent. It is the main mission of every Sebastatsi.

P.S. And the last rule; forget about all the rules…
Mary Telunts
